Common Sense

We do have common sense and do use it to make life easy for our customer's while maintaining very high standards.

Firstly we can make appointments to suit our customer's needs; yes we can work early mornings, late at night and even weekends.

When we give you an estimate, it does cover elementary things that you may not have 'specifically mentioned' however if there is something extra you want us to do ( example pull the fridge out and clean behind ) THEN YOU MUST TELL US as it won't be included in the estimate.

As everyone knows time is money and we try our very best to be on time, in the unlikely event we are held up we shall let you know by trying to contact you on the details you have given us, likewise if you are exceptionally late or we can't get into your premises, then please be aware we have allocated an amount of time for your job and if your late; something has to give.
